Villa Macaque
Dear Chanel! We had a great time at your villa and felt very much at home. The transportation from the airport to the small boat went fine and ms Khun Sha made sure that we got on the right boat to Rayavadee. It was cool to jump off the boat at the beach! The tour around the premises could be a bit more thorough; ms Khun Sha did not show us all 3 restaurants which would have been helpful – but we found our way round the following days on our own. According to ms Khun Sha, the restaurant in which breakfast is served is also open for dinner in the evening – that is, however, not the case (they only serve breakfast). It would be very helpful too to see the beach and to be told about the small shopping/food street at the end of the beach, where one can buy daytrips to ie. Phi Phi and other islands. The 2 guys at the villa were both very kind but their English is very poor so it was difficult to talk to them if we needed something. But they did a great job in cleaning the room everyday, fresh towels at the pool etc. We were told just to call them if we wanted something but we never really figured out how to call them (we did not get their phone no) but we saw them everyday, which was fine. The staff is the best part (Kop Kun Ka Jenny, Patrick and Kuhn Sha ??) – we had a wonderful treatment in the house and common areas. The breakfast is in the hotel and you have to walk a long way to reach, but it is amazing – lots of options and everything is delicious. There are lot of people in Phranang beach (coming from tours) to visit the place. So, these people leaves lot of trash in the beach and that’s a pity! Also, as we stay in the villas, we are not allowed to use part of the hotel facilities (such as cars, pools, kayak).

Awesome and peaceful stay
The boat brought us literally right to the door step!!! Very well kept and clean environment. Staff are extremely helpful and attentive – to the extent, it is similar to a butler level of service ala krabi style. It helps that it is located at the nicer part of the island.

Amazing place!!! Highly recommend it. Had the breakfast included that we took at the Ravayanee hotel. In the bedroom, the air-co is blowing directly in direction of the bed which is a bit inconvenient. The beach is so popular that boats make a lot of noises… but we knew it.

Blissful beyond belief!
Everything was exceptional and the staff was incredible. Like having our own private luxury estate right on the ocean. I could walk right outside of my room and wade into the warm gorgeous ocean waters. They thought of everything and tended to our every need.
Although it lacked an on-site restaurant, the free breakfast was great and in the end we liked not having other tourists on the property.

The place was absolutely stunning, the views were stunning, and the staff was the best that we have ever encountered. The only place my wife and I will stay when we come back to the Railay/Phra Nang area. The staff was the best and were always available and accommodating. No other place comes close and you’re wasting your money if you stay anywhere else.

We had great time at Macaque Villa, The villa is så beautiful with private pool and jacuzzi. The villa is located directly on the Phra Nang Beach with a stunning view. Chanel and her team was amazing. Jinni, Patric and Aishya, you guys was so nice to us and made our trip unforgettable. If you are looking for some privacy, I trully recommend this amazing villa. I will defintly come back . Thank you for your kindness, your big smile and a very warm welcome. we already miss you guys.

I have travelled all over the world and this was the best place I ever stayed. They had two staff member literally there just for us and cooked anything we wanted. The location has the best view of the most beautiful beach. Everything was outstanding and far exceeded my expectations. There was nothing I did not like.

The concept is wonderful. You have a small serviced villa directly facing one of the more special beaches in Thailand. There is a slightly larger resort next doors and you may use some of their facilities like their beautiful restaurant and spa. The service is great. They will arrange pretty much anything you need from groceries to private transport to private chef, etc.
The service team is so good at anticipating your needs that sometimes you wish that they were less around. The setting is very romantic and you may wish for more privacy at times.

Very friendly staff &super Nice decorated villa’s. Definitely recommend the master villa with seaview. Pay a bit extra to get a whole lot more! The AirPort pick-up & boat transfer to the villa is included & well organized. Breakfast is in the hotel next to iT, great choices & good food. Nice villa setup, room stand alone rooms/ bathrooms & in the middle a shared living room & pool. Another big + for the personnel @the villa…. they help you with everything! We’ll come back! 1. To get to “Town” there is no free shuttle boat service, so you’ll have to pay for the boat trips to town… not a big thing… but just so you are aware. During evening 5pm boat to town & return to the villa costed us 3000,- BHT 2. High tide water makes the beach dissapear, not a problem, but you’ll have to be aware. 3. There is a pool & separate living room @ the villa setup. While it beautifull, we didn’t make use of the shared living room…. you’re in Thailand… living outside ✌? The pool is not too small & not too big… just nice. Small area is a bit shallow, perfect for children. The pool could use more frequent cleaning tho…. but what to expect with threes above & a beautiful nature environment. 4. Food, option to eat: A. At the hotel next to it. B. 2 long tail food boats in front of the door. Great food but closes at 5 a 6 PM. C. The Grott (cave restaurant), looks great but have not eaten there… D. Go to town with the long tail boat. E. Book the villa Chef upfront.. 5. If you book a boat trip tour @the villa, make sure you triple confirm wich islands you want to see to avoid miscommunications. We visited the 4 islands, e.g. chicken island etc Not worth it… or you like swimming with 1000 toerist on 5m2 looking at the same 3 yellow fish….???♂️ 6. We didn’t mind, but you have to be aware… the beach where the villa is located is a toerist beach… meaning; many long tail boats in front of the door, picking up & dropping off toerist.

very very bad breakfast:((. I would expect to see such a 2-star hotel, but not here. I think this is a hoax on the part of booking to write “great breakfast included.” why can’t you agree with a neighboring repair and go to breakfast there? on food in general. we couldn’t book a table in a restaurant of a neighboring resort, we had to order everything to the room from the same restaurant (and the prices there are not low.) Also, the staff of the neighboring rayawadee resort (restaurant manager) behaved unprofessionally, starting to literally kick us out rudely. the fruits in the welcome basket were half rotten, when asked to replace or bring others, they brought exactly one fruit.

The views are nice.
The staff werent aware that I would check in that day. Everything was unprepared. The interior was worn, some cabinets had holes in them. Staff looked very anxious. The staff are constantly around and on the way. We were staying with our family and friends and a small child. At one point a staff member noticed our 2 year old playing with a drinking glass and ripped it out of her hands. I am sure that they didnt mean any harm, but its just poor communication skills.

The most beautiful view in Krabi, you pay for it. Villas and furniture are quite worn ( Photos of the rooms look more shiny than the real rooms), showers and toilets are new and clean though, pillows are horrible, but towels and bathrobes are amazing quality. I will come next time with my pillows. Stuff is very sweet and helpful, really nice and caring people. Some small things could be improved easily and will give the property a better look – like a broken wooden gate to the sea. I will come back, still one of the best options in Krabi to stay especially for a big family.

La villa avec vue sur la mer est sublime rien à redire, équipements très haut de gamme, vue et niveau de confort, vue et intimité.
Les indications pour y accéder car c’est tout simplement à l’arrière du Rayavadee. Aux heures d’affluence des bateaux et en cas de marée haute les bateaux refusent de contourner l’île pour accéder aux villas par la mer et pour cause les villas se retrouvent isolées ce qui n’est pas précisé. Réservation à 32 000 puis confirmation à 36200 le prix est excessif et le principe me déplaît. Pas d’eau chaude pendant 2 jours.. Vraiment aux antipodes de la qualité de la villa vue mer.

The property is very nice, we booked the entire villa with pool. Location is amazing, right on the beach. Even the beach is crowded during the day doesn’t really bothered us, all boats leave at late afternoon and the beach go back to be very silent. Not very convenient for people who want to be in the crowd but perfect to rest. Full of monkeys and wildlife is a beautiful experience for people that visit Thailand for the first time. Staff is caring and nice.
Experience has been great but for sure overpriced.

Couple of things i would like to highlight : the hot water was not working during the last 2 days, the color of the water was brownish, i believe there is a need of a filter.

OMG, words can not describe what kind of feeling you have when you enter this location for the first time. The surroundings en view are exquisite!! The service is great and the staff is so friendly! The pool is warm and nice! The rooms are to die for with a perfect view! We had the sea view suite and would book it again, next time with all of our kids!! It was the perfect location. Thank you for the lovely experience!

A superb beach resort hotel. The beach is just when you go out. The sea will submerge the beach in the middle of the night, and there is no way out. It feels like a paradise. The staff are very friendly
